“Thank You” for Teachers
Is your
PTA
excited about the Nation’s
Largest Teacher Thank You Card? Here is your opportunity to celebrate
the teachers at your school in a BIG way. Thousands of individual
thank-you cards will be collected from people across the nation in a joint
effort with the National Education Association (NEA) to build the
Nation’s Largest Teacher Thank You Card.
There are two easy ways to participate. From now
through Friday,
December 28, 2007
, you can thank a teacher(s) by mailing a
card to The Nation’s Largest Teacher Thank You Card, c/o NEA/
PTA
, P.O. Box 66458, Washington, DC 20035
(Be sure to include your name and e-mail or mailing address, your
teacher’s name, the school name, city, and state). You can also
participate by logging on to www.teacherthankyoucard.org
and sending a thank-you e-card to a teacher(s). All of the cards will be
compiled into a gigantic thank-you card that will be unveiled in Spring
2008.
